ClassB or C?

I am from Montreal. We have kids living from Toronto to Washington DC and want to be able to go south once in a while. We are in our early sixties and want an easy to drive motorhome. I love the Class Bs for their ease of driving and do not want a too large motorhome. My question is. Are Class Bs comfortable for week long trips or should we go for a modern small class C. We like backroad travelling.

We also want to take along one or tow small grand kids along the way.

    With two kids, a "B" is out of the question. I'd look at a short (24' or so) class "C". Even a corner queen "C" can sleep four easily (two on the rear bed, one on the dinette, one on the cabover.) There are no "B"s that comfortably sleep four.

    Between the two options you listed, and two grand kids, I would go with the C ! Although you will probably spend the majority of your time outside at campgrounds, an long ugly, rainy, cold day could force you inside and the extra room will be priceless!
