Is the dash strong enough to stand on while cleating inside of the front window We have a 2013 Allegro 35QBA

I don't know if your dash will hold you or not. Personally, I would not stand on the dash, regardless of what you weigh.
It seems like it would be too easy to break something, step on a soft spot or slip and fall.
To me it's not worth the risk of a potential problem. JMO
