Oon my 1997 Ford motorhome, the dealership left the emergency flashers on for a while when they finished their work, and left it in the street, while I processed the credit card.
My cruise control would not work with the emergency flashers on, and I had to replace the now not working flasher relay, it cost about $8 and is round silver thing in the fuse box located under the dash. Not worth the drive to have them look at it. I did not discover the emergency lights where on until I was close to home, and knew how to fix it myself. I think the factory installed flasher relay was poor quality, and the replacement is now 18 years old.
Good luck,
Fred.
