You really need to get your manual out and educate yourself on the workings of your RV. YouTube is also a good source.
A "galley" grey tank is just that, it holds the waste or "grey" water from your kitchen sink. You may have separate galley and bath grey tanks or the kitchen may just dump into the grey tank for the bath.
It sounds like you need to empty what ever tank you have.
