The point I was trying to make about CN is that people have no place to vent on poor service from CN therefore less posts about bad service if it exists. Sorry if it went over your head. Second the post refer to a troll inferring that I was an apologist for CW so I set the record straight.
AND yes I have found a great repair shop in Syracuse. MAYS TRUCK SERVICE. They have been wonderful.
