The Heritage is meant to be factory ordered and customized to your taste. I think the higher pricing has a lot to do with them being a non standard production run. Theoretically, a larger engine will work less hard and last longer. That being said, with how motorhomes are used the chassis and engine are both capable of twenty plus years service as long as they are properly maintained and not abused. My lowly gasser is 23 years old and in 100% working order.
