I would say any diesel coach with proper maintenance will last you twenty years. I think both the Heritage and the Eagle are over priced, but man they are beautiful. But if I was going to pay 800K for a coach, I think I would be looking for a used Newell or Prevost with slides. The chassis would be heavy duty on those two coaches.
But maintenance on the coach chassis and house is where longevity comes into the picture. I have had my coach now for eleven years and it is riding better then new. The cabinets, ceramics and everything in it still in very good condition. But at the same time I have seen coaches a lot newer then mine that had been trashed so bad that it amazed me how some people live.
