If there were really any type of demand on 'no slide' upper-end coaches, the manufacturers would build them.

There are a small number of people looking for non slide coaches. True not enough to get a manufacturer to crank one out but there is some demand.
This coach if it is maintained has probbabley reached how far down it will depreciate. Go look at 30 year old Bluebirds and Prevvost.
