I recently bought the Coachmen Leprechaun 319DS from the Cleveland RV Show, and paid $69,999. I upgraded to the recliners (instead of the standard couch) and electric fireplace, which added another $950 to the cost. Since the dealer didn't have any with these options in stock, it had to be built at the factory. I ended up with the 2016 model (which included the upgraded 7,500 pound towing hitch) at no additional cost. I've had the motorhome out one time, and was impressed with the build quality for the price.
Note: This price included the exterior camp kitchen (refrigerator, sink, table), 15000 BTU air conditioner with heat pump, exterior entertainment center (24" TV with DVD and stereo), and everything in both the "Leprechaun Banner Edition" and "Leprechaun Luxury Package" packages. It did not come with hydraulic leveling jacks, which I had put on separately.
Good luck with your decision!
