Curb weight is the toad with nothing but antifreeze, motor oil, and a full tank of fuel. Anything else you put in the tow will raise the weight to above the curb weight. I carry several items in my toad that raise its weight to higher than curb weight. It would be easy to raise the weight of the toad to over 500 lbs above curb weight, which could raise it to over 4000 lbs total weight! That along with the fact that many load their coaches right up to the maximum GVWR when ready to travel can easly bring one right up to their GCWR. Generally speaking, one could say, if all the numbers are right, the OP could easly tow the vehicle in question. But if he overloads anything, he could easily be over the GCWR!!! That is not theory, its fact, and it can get one in all kinds of trouble going down the road.
