No real issues with mine. Have a few staples / screws that have worked loose after the first 14 months of use that were easily fixed by me. No mechanical, leaks, or other major systems issue to speak of. The according style shades are junk though....won't fold up (like an accordion)as they should. They just bunch up due to the cheap material that was used. I will upgrade those eventually on my own. Very happy with floor plan we chose and power from the V10.
