cockpit curtains to shades

We have a 2013 Itasca Sunstar and want to change the cloth curtains out to day/night shades. Has anyone done this, did you do it yourself? What was the cost?
MCD wants $800 just for the windshield, plus they said about $1000 for the install. If I want the 2 sides done it would be about $3500 total.
What do y'all think?

    I bought Auto motion day/night shades. The windshield ones are motorized and the other three in front are manual. 2400.00 installed.

    I put a motorized blind in the windshield of our Monaco. I left the curtains and use them on the sides. The way my windshield is slanted I could not figure a good way to put blinds on the sides that would meet with the front one.

    I bought a motorized blind control with remote for $163 and a blind for $111.
