Most if not all of the components of the "home" part are off the shelf and made by companies other than the RV manufacturer and are readily available. If the RV was built on a regular chassis rather than their own custom chassis, then those parts are also easily found. Ditto the engine and transmission. windows and windshield, running lights, etc. In short, unless you need to replace a body panel or brand-specific decal, you'll probably have no problems.
Our rig has been orphaned for a few years now, and so far we've had no problems getting parts replaced. Most of them can actually be found on Amazon if you know what you're looking for.
