I admire anyone who can full-time in a travel trailer with their limited storage... A fifth wheel has more storage. Your comment about women and their shoes makes me wonder how much storage you will need. Also it sounds like you will be staying in one place for several months or longer and not traveling as much as most who FT. Having a F350 as a daily driver would not excite me and the costs associated with that.
As half timers we put more miles on our car than the motorhome. Using a high mpg car your overall mileage could be over 20 mpg. You will not come close to that with an F350.
Unfortunately very few class Cs seats can be turned around and use for sitting like the class As where you can. I would say it would take a 37 foot class A to equal your 35 foot travel trailer's space but what about the storage difference or the size of the tanks.
