I remember Bounder where 32' of length had 14' rear overhang.
Wheelbase of pickup, length of the house. That thing was not good in wind at all.
Don't try to carry anything on the back of such and don't pack the rear storage heavy.
What is often misunderstood about the trailers is that you can put extra weight on front of it, what will transfer on the pickup suspension.
Obviously you need heavier pickup for such.
Also bear in mind that dually wheels on pickup make whole World of difference in towing.
