To open a door that you can't operate the hasp like in your case, you have to look at the sides of the door where the hasp is located. I have used a short stubby knife to slip it into the crack and push at the pin of the hasp while pressing in on the door. Then allow the door to put pressure on the pin again while I pull back on the knife and re-apply pressure on the pin again. Repeat over and over again until it finally gets to the open position. Then go to the opposite side and repeat. Its a test of patience but it works for me on my Fleetwood Expedition. My pins break and become useless but have to be forced open just like in your case.
