Consignment...Seller won't budge off of asking price.

Over the years I've sold a lot of property and the price is $45,000, not $44,900. I tell the prospective purchaser that it's a NON negotiable price. If they offer less I say I'm sorry about not negotiating and the price is $45,000. The second time they offer me a lower price, I raise my price by how much less they offer. Hopefully they show me their back side as I really do not want them in my subdivision unless it's the last lot and then they will not be my PROBLEM.
