I purchased mine after negotiations with the owner. he had it priced way above book. I told him the price he had it at was 25000 over the book high price.

He said his wife put it high to be able to come down some. I wrote down all I found wrong and what it would cost me after buying it: tires, cooling unit for frig,.....

bought it 20,000 less finally after back and forth for weeks.
