There are different ways of selling an rv on consignment. It could be that the seller set a minimum price and the dealership gets a percentage of that or it could be that the dealership gets everything over an agreed amount.

The point being, are you sure it's the SELLER who isn't going to budge? Or is it the dealership who knows you're very interested, can pay more and wants the extra $5k for themselves?
