I too am one of those that despises the dickering part of vehicle buying. In a seller's market I should prevail.

OP however says he assumes dickering is part of the process. In a buyer's market, he should prevail.

Either the buyer or the seller has to change in order for the deal to go through.

Me? -- I'd just buy it if I like it.
