Pricing depends upon supply, demand & convenience. Location is a subset of convenience.
Last year I bought this Class A. Then sold my fifth wheel & truck in that order. All three deals were by motivated sellers & fairly priced to market. The Class A was discounted significantly below market and in superb shape. The fifth wheel, well, we went underwater on that deal. The truck went at market.
I have no problem buying & selling at fair pricing for both parties, as long as both parties are respectful, realistic & authentically friendly.
PS, also bought the Subaru as a tow vehicle.
What a year! Now we are taking road trips, not dickering over pricing.
