I know you have a hold deposit on the Fiesta, but ask yourself this: Imagine if the RV dealership called you right now and said "Sorry, we sold that coach to someone else", how would you feel?

Would your reaction be closer to "I shoulda paid the extra $5k!" or would it be "Meh. There are other fish in the sea"?
