Consignment...Seller won't budge off of asking price.

Keep in mind that the value of any product is EXACTLY what one person is willing to collect and one person is willing to pay. If the 2 parties don't agree on the value a sale will not take place. If you don't think it's a fair price and you can find another in the same condition for less, don't buy it but don't blame the seller for asking a price equal to the value he sees in the product.
