Like the porta-potty, the inside cook top and sink are there for use when we can't go outside due to weather, lack of facilities, etc. As small as the van is, there is only about 7' between the cook top and the MaxxFan. Any odors are going to go throughout the van regardless. No cooking fish in the van! :)
