I'm interested in this situation as well. I know there are used booth dinette sets available and if there is room I plan on removing either a sofa, if there are two up front, or the free standing dinette table and chairs. Usually their location doesn't lend itself to replacing the table and chairs because of the additional width from the wall needed for the booth. But a 38 inch booth dinette would work. Just don't know how to fasten every thing down.
