Correct AIr filter

time to replace the Air filter, thought it was Donaldson PN P533930 which is just the element, My filter is housed in what appears to be a sealed metal container. Can someone give me a sanity check on this PN# and or does the container open some how. 2006 Fleetwood Expedition Cat C7 engine.

Thanks, just placed my order with filter barn, free shipping for any order over $100 so I ordered my fuel filters also.

  • Just a correction, many Monacos used an element only. My 2005 Diplomat with an ISL had a Donaldson housing that had a removable end cap. It was a rear radiator coach and the filter was in the electrical bay behind the driver's wheel. I really liked being able to just replace the element. I was able to see what the filter looked like when I replaced it and it was easy to replace.

So can see the filter cover, on the right, in this photo:

Fleetwood Couple is correct, unless you're running a K&N filter, the filter element and housing are all one unit. Here are the part numbers for my C7:

    Baldwin PA3493
    FAR 114880-003

    thank you sir
