Cost of a motor home; any class
3 years ago we went from a small 5th wheel to a 2002 Class C 30 footer with 2 slides for $23000. We knew it could be expensive to maintain but now looking back on the 3 years I feel I have to caution ...

If anyone is reading this..thinking of buying and the money involved? If you are a good money planner...rent it. A trailer, a C a B or a big shiny A...but rent it. Owning is a fools game.

Well Gary just call me the fool. Now if you only can use one for 2 weeks a year or a long weekend yes rent. If you would give me the difference between what I spent this last year in travel,(9100 miles and 100+ days) and what your way of travel would cost, I could probbabley upgrade. I know where there is a nice used Newell.
