couch fix

I have a 2014 Itasca sunstar that we purchased new. I really like this coach with one exception. The couch is a piece of crap. The springs are very week and sag so much that after a while I get a pain in the, well you know the rest. This is one of those with the end that slides out but I never use that. Has any one else suffered with this and what did you do to correct it??
