Whatever you get, just remember there is lots of bouncing around and movement in an RV. Something that has at least a little flex to it is probably necessary. I do know they put real granite in some higher end RV's, but does it ever crack? I don't know, but it seems like a possibility to me. I do know Corian does allow some flex.
