I feel your concern. We have traveled in several states where there is "open range" which means that cattle, sheep, etc are free to roam the land, which includes the highways. Quite often you will see animals grazing right at the side of the road and naturally they usually decide to cross the road right when you are driving by. We have had several close calls. This is the hazards of driving the back roads and seeing ALL of the beauty of this country. To fit a bumper to your MH may require a custom design.

With this group of cattle the close one just glanced at us and continued to relieve herself. Not really concerned about a large motor home driving by a few feet to the left. Cattle that size could disable most motor homes or do a lot of damage to the diesel generator on a DP.
