Let me clarify this-- assuming this is a SANDWICHED cooling system on a DP: CAC (Charge Air Cooler) is in front of the radiator. It on the FRONT of the CAC that the dirt will be deposited. Cleaning the back of the radiator from back of coach will NOT removed the clogging debris from the front of the CAC.
And, your cost quotes were way off in intergalactic space.
