I agree about the filter swap. You may be able to see if there is bad fuel with algae when you change the filter. Mine is a cartridge and I can easily see what it has filtered. I will add a fuel pump to your list. There is a lift pump and a secondary pump. Probably after a filter change it will take a mechanic to troubleshoot. I live in your area and can compare notes on shops if you like.
