cup holders

Have a 2006 Jayco Granite Ridge 2900 that we bought in August of last year. We have been traveling around the Puget Sound area getting used to the drive and getting used to towing our 2009 Jeep Wrangler X 4X4 with a manual transmission. So far so Good, we've been to some pretty cool places, and have used it all year (even this winter). We have been looking for some way to secure beverages on the dinette table for my wife and the grandkids while I drive. Any suggestions?

  • I mounted those flip down type on the slide wall and back of dinette to use when sitting at sofa. I also have a couple in the boat. They work well. I've seen 2 types of adjustments for the ringed part. On one type, the ring is split and will adjust in/out to accommodate smaller 12oz cans and larger bottles/tumblers. The second type has 2 sizes of flip up rings, one for each size container. I like the 2 ring version better.

For the actual dinette, you could use a hole saw to put large holes on edge of table and use the type of cup holders that insert into the hole.
  • These are our favorite cup holders:

You could mount a couple on the wall next to the table. They have these at CW and many other places.
