If you are healthy and a safe driver, sure.
Do be honest about your health and abilities. Toward the end, my Dad was getting a little scary but that included just driving the car.
Not to be Debbie Downer but I would consider the exit strategy. Even if you are healthy now, age takes it's toll and it's often a quick change as you reach your later years. If you have too much of your nest egg tied up in the MH, what happens if you have to switch to assisted living or such? Will you get enough out of the MH on a quick sale under duress?
