Probably the best thing you can do is to add an external vacuum pump as suggested. The ones on Amazon that are built by Dorman seem to have a poor performance and reliability rating. You might have to either salvage yard the part, or buy a new Ford one off ebay. Being ebay the link below might expire soon, but it will give you and idea what you can get.
