Any of you brilliant RV'ers remodeled the cockpit/dash area of a circa '02 Winnebago? I'm not too happy with the dash as it is, there's really no convenient place to put all those small things need...

I would try removing the lower half of the center section and build something more fitting to your use. I added a left arm console last year. Primary purpose was for air bag inflation but also gave me a place for a tablet based GPS and a few additional 12VDC switches for exterior lights, dash switches and additional 12VDC outlets. Thinking of reworking the bottom half to add a small storage area for personal items and such. Also thinking about a new dog house setup.
