StuartT, the first thing that I would do is get a paper clip, open it up and hit the 'RESET' button on the front of the Aqua Hot panel in the bay (there is a little inset button for resetting). Make sure all the pump lights are green as they can be hard to see.
See if that makes a difference. If you have never worked on an Aqua Hot, I would leave it to the professionals.
