Day Two Trip Home, Aqua Hot Problem

I am actually okay with a few problems like the Aqua Hot and generator. I have to keep in mind that I went clear to the other coast just because it was a pretty good deal. It is still listed on ebay, 2008 Signature. It has a current NADA trade in value of $288K and I bought it for $220K, so I can tolerate some issues and feel okay about it. Just wish being cold overnight wasn't one of them.

Anyway I am going to get with Roger Burke as soon as I can make arrangements. I want to make sure everything about it right up front and I realize I have no expertise here.
