As my wife looks for a used class A on line, she notices when she finds 1 she likes they have example of monthl payments. Is this a good starting point or ignore this completley.

Not for us as we pay no attention to the monthly payment advertised by online dealer sites. For us it is floorplan and out the door price, we always bring our own financing anyway and let them know right from the start. Good luck, hope you find a great deal, we are also in the market for a new rig.
