Dealer never put TITLE in my name, am I stuck??

Have you checked into filing for a lost title. Or get a title for an abandoned vehicle. It’s a long process, but can be done all through the dmv/state. Provided it wasn’t stolen, which they will check when filing. Once it gets in motion it will go slow, but you will end up with a clear title in your name.
