Dealer refusing to do Warranty work?

Dennis, I understand what you are saying, and I can also appreciate a dealer giving preferential treatment to customers who actually bought their vehicle from them. I wanted to buy my RV from this dealer, and I tried for over a year and 1/2 to do so. Even though they are a large Winnebago dealer, they would never get in any Era 20A's for me to look at. I decided to go the Winnebago factory to see one and in the course of events discovered a dealership right down the road from the factory. The dealer up there made what I thought was a very good deal.. better than I expected... basically, I made an offer I did not think they would accept, but surprise, surprise.. they did accept.. so there you go.
