No RV dealer is required to perform warranty work. Your Winnebago warranty is with Winnebago, not the dealer. This is true throughout the industry. Contact Winnebago and have them direct you to an authorized warranty provider who will do the work. I believe the local dealer is short sided in his business sense but it is his business to fail. Dealers do not profit from doing any warranty work even on the units they do sell.
