Things like adjustments, bad light bulbs, fit and finish are covered by the amount the selling dealer is paid for PDI. The dealer you want to cover those items probably is looking at getting paid ZERO for their effort. And now you have drug the local dealer thru the mud on this forum. Any hope for some goodwill by climbing the dealer's management ladder is probably long gone.
