Sorry to hear you are having dealer problems.. This incident always brings me back to a question i have been asking myself for over 10 years of RV'ing.
Why is it that RV owners are amongst the kindest most helpful people i have ever met, and RV dealers are amongst the sleaziest people i have ever met. The dealer where i bought my new unit back in 2007 made car salesmen look like priests. I just don't understand it
