Dylan RV?? Not so sure about that one either. Friends bought a new one from them. They seem ok on sales. Problem seems to be that their sales department has been expanding and exploding. The real issue is that their service department has fallen way, way, way behind in being able to service all those units that sales is selling.
Catch 22 there.
It is really a shame what Camping World has done to Tom Johnson Camping Centers. We have bought three American Coach units there in less than 10 years. Service has gone from top notch two years ago to they don't even want to schedule a service appointment or even return phone calls for service requests.
Seems some of the best sales have still been in Florida at LazyDays. It is just so far from home. . . . . . . . .
