If you are really concerned go to an attorney and tell them your situation, have them write a letter to the dealer voicing your concerns and then it is documented and it will get the dealers attention.
Then when all is said and done send the bill from the attorney to the dealer for reimbursement/aggravation factor. As far as the dealer concerned about their reputation? They are going to do what
