A permanent bed in 22' will be hard to find. Even in 24' range thety are typically corner beds. If you are OK with climbing in/out cab over bed, you can find some shorter class Cs. Finding one to park in a single spot might be tough too.
I think I recently saw a Winnie ERA floorplan that did have permanent bed in rear instead of sofa conversion bed.
Also, some B's and C's have two twin beds in back that are permanent.
