As long as you realize that you'll be buying your first RV. As a solo traveler, my first RV was a Roadtrek. I fell in love with everything doing double duty. It takes about 3 days to get tired of taking the dinette apart to make into a bed and the bed back to the dinette on a daily basis, and neither one is big enough for its intended purpose. The kitchen is also the shower. The toilet is also a closet. And at 22', it was still too long for a space in a parking lot and too tall for a parking garage. Its no cheaper than a 'C', although I imagine you can get a good deal on a barely used one. :)
If the CG is your final destination, it might be OK unless you need to run to the store or visit something in the area. Unplug and stow power, water and sewer and set up again when you return - if your spot in the CG is still empty. Oh, and since its not much wider than a car but a lot higher, it will keep you busy keeping it between the fences in a crosswind.
I wound up staying in motels at night, which kind of defeats the purpose.
If you can find a dealer that will rent one to you for a week, try it yourself. Your experience may vary. My dealer has several barely used ones in their lot.
