Hello,
Since I'm on the B+ sublist, I'll suggest our choice for handling and maneuverability, the Leisure Travel Vans Unity Twin Bed model. (U24TB). It has permanent twin beds in the rear, a dry bath, and comes on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis. Expected fuel mileage is around 18mpg highway.
Another option is the Ford E-450 based Triple E GT24MB. It has a huge dry bath, lots of storage, and a Murphy pull down bed you can leave made up. It's a bit larger but is fully winter equipped with heated enclosed tanks and thermopane windows.
My $0.02 and worth it, :W
