For your consideration:
1. Its hard to get it right the first time and even if you do as time passes your needs change. Recommend used...not overly expensive (that depends on the size of your wallet) as you will likely move to a different RV in a few years if you enjoy the life style.
2. Like the 22 to 23 ft units, but hard to get a rear bed model in that size.
3. Like the B+ as they are narrower and you can park a 26ft length wise in two parking spots at shopping centers and I believe it will fit across two parking meters on the street if you are down town. B+ are usually 8ft or less wide. Many of the C units are over 8ft wide which gets a little more difficult in parking situations.
At some point you just need to take you best shot and jump in, waters fine and lots of friendly people in the pool.
